How Do Coaching Sessions Work?
It is my role as Coach to help you clarify your goals in life and identify actions that will help you to achieve them. How is this done in practice?
We will begin with a short introductory session to get to know each other and to clarify your reasons for seeking to work with a Coach.
We will then continue through a series of sessions - either Via FaceTime or Skype - planned to suit your needs. The frequency and number of sessions varies dependent upon what you are trying to achieve, typically starting with once a fortnight.
All sessions are confidential and require honesty to ensure that I can help you reach your goal(s) successfully.
I also have experience of working with small groups via the holistic workshops taking place now in Southern Spain.
